HENRY PATYNOWSKI – MANAGER

Mechanical Engineer/Tool Designer with a broad experience in tooling technology and manufacturing methods.

A Graduated of the Engineering Academy, Poland, Henry’s qualifications have been recognized by:

THE INSTITUTION OF ENGINEERS AUSTRALIA.

In Poland, Henry’s professional career ranged from Toolmaker to Engineer, as well as managing Tool Workshop. During this period, Henry invented a unique method for machining carbon and graphite products, for which he was awarded: “Inventor Of The Year”.

After moving to Australia, Henry broadened his education by completing a few courses at UTS and TAFE such as: AutoCAD, C N C, CAD/CAM and Plastic Technology.

His professional career in Australia began as an Assistant Development Engineer with a plastic manufacturer, where he was responsible for setting up working production lines for new products.

To experience new and exciting challenges, Henry held various Engineering positions and worked in various industrial sectors, such as: Hawker de Havilland Ltd, Printing House Pty Ltd, Special Purpose Machinery Pty Ltd and Anglo-Australian Observatory CSIRO.

He has assisted in many original, innovative and experimental projects where his input was highly valued. These included: Boeing 747 Wings, Keno Tickets, a Plastic Sheet Slitting Machine and the Fibre-Optic Spectrographic System for the UK Schmidt Telescope.

Being involved in challenging and exciting projects Henry has gained valuable experience and understanding of the processes involved in how inventions are conceived.
